In the case of cancellation the user would get the amount of fees paid through ERPAcademe as decided by the institute, however in no circumstances the Processing/Convenience Fees and the applicable Taxes would be refunded.
1. Payment can be cancelled by associate school/college with or without information as per their respective policies.
2.Responsibility of filling correct information for fee payment is on payer. If the information provided during filling form is incorrect or partially incorrect, ERPAcademe has rights to cancel such payment with or without consent of payer or institutions.
3.In case of any refund or cancellation, funds will be settled under policies and term & conditions of the respective institutions.
Payment made on ERPAcademe.com is fully secured by 256 bit data encryption and https.
Payment made through ERPAcademe carries some processing fee and Government taxes.
Government applicable tax is applicable on processing fee, that is as per govt. of India’s rules.
Any of the payment cancellation is subjected to rules and regulations of the institutions for which the payment is made.
Refund amount will not include the processing fee and taxes applicable on payment .
All refund in case of cancellation/payment failures will be settled in next 7 working days.
Auto cancellation/payment failures is possible in case of wrong information provided while payment. In that case ERPAcademe will settle the payment but processing fee and applicable taxes will not be settled.
